Welcome to Christian Care Trailers
Christian Care Trailer (CCT) is a groundbreaking and dedicated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Hot Springs, Arkansas, dedicated to addressing and supporting the rising problem of homelessness in the city and surrounding regions. Executing a fundamental need- personal hygiene. Our primary aim is to provide immediate and comprehensive aid to the homeless population, facilitating access to personal hygiene, self-improvement, and vocational training opportunities that will ultimately drive individuals towards self-sufficiency and improved life quality.
Established on May 15, 2023, as an Arkansas nonprofit corporation, we plan to deploy custom-built mobile semi-truck trailers equipped with personal care facilities and stocked with essential personal care items. These facilities will provide hygiene products and a clean, safe environment for people to take care of their personal needs, encouraging a sense of dignity and self-worth. However, these trailers are not intended to serve as residences or provide any living facilities.
Our services include access to hot showers, free haircuts, and shaves. To thank the men and women who served our country, we will serve them with the distribution of personal care packs. These packs contain an assortment of necessary items such as clothing (including socks, underwear, pants, shirts, jackets, shoes, etc.), personal care products (like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, floss, combs, etc.), and essential hygiene items (such as feminine hygiene products, toilet paper, cotton swabs, hygiene wipes, etc.). Personal care packs will be supplied to veterans specifically, however, all are welcome to be served and have their individual needs met at Christian Care Trailers.
Moreover, in future expansion we intend to address the root causes of homelessness and catalyze long-term change through information about the individuals to align what could be best suited for improving their quality of life. We are expanding our services to include educational programs and vocational training. CCT intends to offer life skills workshops, vocational training in collaboration with local businesses, mental health and wellness programs, GED preparation resources, job placement support, and legal aid workshops.
